Returns (Please Read Carefully)


SPECIAL NOTE; All items returned must be no more than 50% used when returned or we will be unable to give a refund.

We stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your products, we will happily accept your return and start our refund process IF CONTACTED WITHIN 48 Hours of the Delivery Date.. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs and refunds will not be issued for original shipping costs. Please email valenanaturals@gmail.com to initiate your return within 48 hours of delivery. A return made without initiating a return by emailing valenanaturals@gmail.com with the Subject Line of RETURN PRODUCT and the ORDER # will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued.

Once your return is initiated, you have 14 calendar days to send the item(s) and for the return to be marked delivered. Once 14 days have passed from the return initiation date, your order is no longer eligible for a refund. Please keep records of return shipments, for proof of date shipped. Valena Naturals is not responsible for a return shipment, including instances of missing item(s) or mis-delivered shipments.

In order to be eligible for a full refund, any and all promotional items, gifts with purchase, and/or freebies must be returned, unused and unopened in original packaging.

Purchased Valena Naturals Gift Cards are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It can take up to two full statement cycles to see your refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Valenanaturals@gmail.com referencing the original order number.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All free or half price items as part of the order must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused to receive a full refund. If free of half off items are not returned, you will receive 50% of your purchase price minus shipping. Shipping charges will not refunded for any return. Sales are final and sales items will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This does not include damage in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Valenanaturals@gmail.com with your order number and what the issue is. We check every product and try to ensure that the components are in good working order. We realize sometimes, things are overlooked. Upon receiving your order, please check your products to ensure that all sprayers and pumps are working correctly. We ask that you email us within 48 hours for defective products.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or gift card will be emailed to you. See Return Policy above for instructions to get credit.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product (defective only) to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item/s for a return valued over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
